Trevose Golf and Country Club in Cornwall, England
Trevose Golf and Country Club is located in Cornwall near Padstow in sunny southwest England. It's a popular holiday club with an international membership and host to a historic Championship golf course designed by H.S. Colt in 1925.
The course plays 6,967 yards from the championship tees, though daily play is between 6,100-6,500 yards for the men. In 2008 it had the honor of hosting the Brabazon Trophy, England's prestigious stroke play amateur tournament, for the first time. The most famous hole is the par-4 fifth, which plays out to the rocky Constantine Bay.
Trevose Golf and Country Club also has the nine-hole Headland Course and a short course, while another major draw is its restaurant and clubhouse overlooking the Championship course and the bay. On-site accommodation includes dormy houses, bungalows and cottages, which together accommodate up to 120 guests.
