Below my expectations

Course isn't cared for, greens were bad, fairways mostly rough.

I played an 8i on 1 hope and the ball flew massively left, there were stones embedded under the grass and my 8i now has a long cut through the sole.

Club house is nice, range is good with the trackmans and the pro shop is quaint.

Course itself I'll forever be giving a miss. Better courses in Dunstable and I wouldn't pay the membership for the state of the course and what is with the ridiculous layout, makes absolutely no sense to play the holes like that.

Brilliant

Played a few times here always loved this course. The greens is the best I've seen. Greenkeepers always out and sorting course. The shop and the fella in there top notch.

Great course with brilliant staff

As I’m just getting back into golf, I found this course was great, with nice elements/challenges.

Definitely playing here more often.

I suspect later in the year in drier conditions this would be a much better course. It was fairly challenging and had some interesting holes. The greens had recently been top dressed and there was a huge amount of sand of them. This made putting incredibly difficult.

The greens are small and offer a challenge, but the state of them made it a difficult round.

Good Value

Paid £10.99 through Golf Now, great value for money. Friendly welcome in the pro shop, with some advice on the course layout. The course was in reasonable good condition for the time of year. Mixture of mats and grass tees. Some interesting holes and quite undulating in places. For what you pay you get plenty of bang for your buck.

Not a good course

I know all leaves can't be removed but a bit of maintenance would be nice. You could not see the fairway on a lot of holes. The tees were bad, a lot of rubbish left on the tees, even though bins are available. Greens need a lot of TLC. I don't know if they haven't got any green keepers but they need them, urgently. It's a shame because the course has potential. I think because of the state of the course, alot of 'golfers' mistreat the course. I could see players smacking the greens when their ball wasn't going in the hole. Very annoying!

Wouldn't play there again

Course conditions awful. Has to be one the worst course I've been too. Greens are in an absolute state and the fairways are awful.

The bog

Between the bunks that have now converted to ponds and the moats protecting the greens. The course was not in a fit state to play. Even though we paid £13 each, I still feel robbed.

We will not be returning.

Perfect weather
Walked

shocking course.......

where do i start....no signage, semi rough very long, looks like no drainage, tees uneven mud bath, greens are pitted and never been looked after .never played a wet and boggy course this bad. navigating to the next tee very difficult. looks like track suits are the rage. £12.99 deal on golfnow should of been £1.29. think i would rather take up stamp collecting than play this course again.....on a good note the pint of ipa in the clubhouse was great....

What can I say

What a shame this could be a great course but the slow play is terrible due mainly to course layout shared tees but what really got me was the sheer lack of signs to next hole and is was not straight forward

Why can't they invest in a few signs

Other golfers on course said the same seems it's a standard joke a real poor show

You have greens with tees offs right behind them so boarding on dangerous hence slow play

Bit of a shame as the course itself is very varied and interesting condition was good overall
