Pitlochry sets the golfer a great opening game and cardiovascular challenge as the first three holes are set against a steep slope. However as one gets to the top of the hill the beautiful rugged scenery allows one to breath in deeper and take in the 'breathtaking' scenery!

Although not one of this fair country's longest courses, if a golfer achieves a score under par here, he or she will have played exceptionally well. With the winding fairways climbing up the hillside, across the gorges and valleys, before leading back down to the club house and finishing over the meandering burn, you will know that you have played over a good golfing challenge.
