Cleobury Mortimer' 27 holes comprise three very different loops of nine, Deer Park 3167 yards par 35, plays around some ancient oak trees many greens have danger behind. The 8th, a beautiful par 3 over water, makes an interesting challenge. Badgers Sett runs alongside the ancient Wyre Forest very scenic with several left hand dog legs, the trickiest being the 400 yrd, par 4. The 8th hole described as one of the best par 4's in the midlands in a recent review. Badgers Sett is 3271 yards, par 36 . The newest loop, Foxes Run, opens late in 1998. This niner has large undulating greens and some spectacular views over the rest of the course and surrounding countryside Foxes Run is 2960yds par 34 and finishes with an exciting par 4 dog leg right around water onto a large raised green.
